Casual Dining Course
If you are new to working in Food and Beverage and want to know more about Front of House Service then this course will give you the basics for you to be able to work in a Casual Dining environment.
It will take you through the service sequence of events that a service person needs to deal with on a day to day basis from meeting and greeting, taking food and drink orders, serving, clearing and taking payment. There is even a section focusing on wine service.
This Casual Dining Course is part of the License to Work program.
