A short course to highlight the important branch security procedures, including lone working and viewing deceased.

On completing this course you will understand:

• what the branch access procedures are
• how to look after cash, valuables and related items
• security of personal belongings and client information
• the restricted viewing policy of a deceased
• the lone working policy for the safety of team members both within and outside of the office
